  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped pitted olives
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup chopped Italian parsley
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chiffonade
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon Spanish smoked paprika
  • 2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
  • Pinch of flaky salt

Method

  • Step 1

    In a medium bowl, combine the extra virgin olive oil and aged balsamic vinegar.
