Vegan Gluten Free Peanut Butter Cookies- for friends ❤️ Here’s the recipe - easy peasy: Oven at 350- Flax eggs (2 tbsp. Ground flax and 5 tbsp of water - let it sit 5 minutes ) . Mix it with 1 cup of peanut butter, 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup, 1 tsp. vanilla, and 1/2 tsp salt with a stand or hand mixer . . Fold in 1 cup of oats and 1/4 cup of whole flax seeds. Mix in 1/4 cup of water until just combined. . Scoop onto a baking sheet lined with parchment . Pat them down to a cookie shape. . Bake for 10 minutes.
