ingredients

  • 1 piece of Baguette
  • 200 g fresh Cream Cheese
  • 1 tabelspoons fresh tsp Sweet Chilli Powder
  • 8 piece of fresh Quail Eggs
  • 2 piece of smoked Salmon
  • 50 g Antonius Oscietra Caviar
  • Dill

Method

  • Step 1

    Peel the quail eggs and cut them into halves.

  • Step 2

    Mix the cream with chilli until smooth.

  • Step 3

    Cut the baguette into 2 cm thick slices.

  • Step 4

    Smear each slice of bread with cheese.

  • Step 5

    Top each of the sandwiches with a piece of salmon, quail egg and a tablespoon of caviar.

  • Step 6

    Decorate with fresh dill.
