ingredients

  • 4 each fresh Potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons medium Caretto Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoons medium Cornish Sea Salt & Roasted Garlic
  • 3/4 teaspoons medium tsp Onion Powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon medium La Pastora Smoked Paprika
  • Black Pepper
  • Rosemary
  • Urbani Truffle Chili

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 200°C and line two baking sheets with baking paper.

  • Step 2

    In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with the olive oil, salt, onion powder, smoked paprika, and several grinds of pepper, and spread evenly on the baking sheets.

  • Step 3

    Roast for 40 to 45 min, or until tender and golden brown around the edges, flipping the potatoes and rotating the pans in the oven around the 20-minute mark. The timing will depend on the size of your potatoes.

  • Step 4

    If using, sprinkle with the rosemary. Season with more sea salt and serve with truffle chilli dipping sauces.
