ingredients

  • 1 piece fresh Zucchini
  • 150 gram Peas
  • 1/2 bunch Persil
  • 1 tbsp Peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 piece Lime
  • 1 piece Green Chili
  • To Taste Salt & Pepper
  • 4 Purple Sweet Potatoes
  • To Taste Paprika Powder

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 230 degree Celsius.

  • Step 2

    Wash the sweet potatoes and cut them in halves.

  • Step 3

    Place them on baking tray and spread the olive oil on it.

  • Step 4

    Season with salt, pepper, and paprika powder and bake for about 20 minutes.

  • Step 5

    Roughly chop zucchinis.

  • Step 6

    Bring some water to a boil and cook Zucchinis for about 3 minutes.

  • Step 7

    Add the peas to the zucchinis and cook for another 2 minutes.

  • Step 8

    Remove zucchinis and peas from the pot and rinse with cold water.

  • Step 9

    Put all ingredients into a blender and mix until the spread is smooth.
