ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 100 gram Butter, melted
- 150 gram White chocolate, melted
- 150 gram Flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 150 gram cubed Mango
- pinch of Salt
Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven 180 degrees and grease a baking tin.
Step 2
Whisk the eggs in a large bowl. In another bowl, melt the butter and the chocolate. Add both and beat til smooth.
Step 3
dd in the flour, salt and the baking powder and beat till a thick batter is made. Add in the mango cubes and fold through.
Step 4
Pour the mixture in the tin and bake for about 20 to 30 minutes.
