ingredients
- 2 plantains
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs
- To Taste chili powder
- To Taste salt
- for frying oil
Method
Step 1
Slice the Plantains. Whisk together bread crumbs, chili powder and salt. Roll each slice in the beaten eggs and then in the bread crumbs.
Step 2
Heat vegetable oil on a medium flame and fry plantains for 2 - 3 minutes on each side.
Step 3
Serve with dipping sauce of your choice and enjoy warm.
