ingredients

  • 450 grams Self Raising Flour,
  • 450 grams Soy Yoghurt,
  • 1 handful of Fresh Coriander, chopped

Method

  • Step 1

    Place all of the flatbread ingredients into a bowl and mix by hand until combined

  • Step 2

    Leave to sit for 5 minutes at room temperature

  • Step 3

    Tip the dough out onto a flour dusted surface and knead for a few minutes until you get a smooth ball (just don't over work it), add more flour if it is too sticky

  • Step 4

    Leave to rest for 5 minutes in a flour dusted bowl, cover with a tea towel

  • Step 5

    After 5 minutes tip your dough back onto a freshly floured work surface and split into 10 even sized balls. Each one will need to be rolled out with a rolling pin to about 3mm thick

  • Step 6

    Heat a dry frying pan until it is red hot and drop each one onto the pan cooking each side for 1 - 2 minutes, or until golden brown and they puff up.

  • Step 7

    Serve whilst still warm with your favourite hummus
