ingredients
- 1/2 cup frozen Cascadian Farm Blueberries
- 1/2 cup frozen Cascadian Farm Blackberries
- 2 tablespoon Honey
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 tablespoon Water
- pinch of salt
Method
Step 1
Add all ingredients to a saucepan. Bring mixture to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.
Step 2
Reduce heat to medium and simmer for 15 minutes, or until mixture is thick, gelatinous and reduced by half the original volume.
Step 3
Pour into a bowl or jar to cool.
