Recipe Intro From forgetthetakeout
These low-carb breakfast tacos use baked cottage cheese “tortillas” for a high-protein twist on a classic. The tortillas crisp up in the oven, making a surprisingly sturdy base for eggs, bacon, avocado, and your favorite hot sauce. Feel free to customize the toppings, just don’t skip the cheesy shell.
