ingredients

  • 200 grams pitted dates
  • 40 grams cranberries
  • 60 grams grated hazelnuts
  • 40 grams chocolate chips
  • 30 grams oats
  • 2 tablepoons peanut butter
  • 1 tabelspoons sesame

Method

  • Step 1

    Soak dates in warm water for 10 minutes. This will allow them to blend easier in the next step.

  • Step 2

    Add all ingredients in a food processor and blend until everything is unified.

  • Step 3

    Separate the mixture in 12 servings and roll then into balls.

  • Step 4

    They are best served cold so it is recommended that you refrigerate them for one hour before serving.
