ingredients
- 200 grams pitted dates
- 40 grams cranberries
- 60 grams grated hazelnuts
- 40 grams chocolate chips
- 30 grams oats
- 2 tablepoons peanut butter
- 1 tabelspoons sesame
Method
Step 1
Soak dates in warm water for 10 minutes. This will allow them to blend easier in the next step.
Step 2
Add all ingredients in a food processor and blend until everything is unified.
Step 3
Separate the mixture in 12 servings and roll then into balls.
Step 4
They are best served cold so it is recommended that you refrigerate them for one hour before serving.
