ingredients
- 1 package thawed frozen Shredded Hash Browns
- 1/2 cup melted Butter
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 16 oz Sour Cream
- 1/2 chopped Onion
- 2 cups shredded Colby Cheese
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350° F
Step 2
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, reserving 1 c. of cheese for topping
Step 3
Pour into a greased 9×13 casserole dish and top with reserved cheese
Step 4
Bake (uncovered) for 50 minutes
