Hazelnut Chocolate Tart
This chocolate tart is behind “Food It Up” story! It ‘s vegan, refined sugar free, made mainly from dates, nuts, tofu (oh yes!), peanut butter and raw cacao. It was a great challenge to prepare a vegan desert for my friends to try. Their feedback was overwhelmingly positive. Even from the most reluctant. What a great victory! Since then, and for every new food creation, they were suggesting that I should create my own food blog. But everything started with this amazing chocolate sweet. A few years later, I did it. I hope that this tart will bring me good luck. Fingers crossed! Don’t wait, try it. It is so chocolate creamy, rich and fragrant as it looks.
