  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Kosher salt, to taste

  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

Method

Marinate the Chicken:
