Happy Saturday night ????? Here's my dinner for tonight : PARMESAN & DRIED TOMATOES CHICKEN with ROASTED BALSAMIC VINEGAR BABY CARROTS and ROASTED POTATOES ?? ?? ?Ingredients for the chicken ? : - 8 chicken breast or chicken wings - 3 clove of garlic - 100ml cream - 50-100g sun dried tomatoes - 100g grated Parmesan - some herbs : thyme, oregano, dried basil - some salt and pepper ? ?Directions for the chicken ?: - In a heated pan, add some olive oil and when it's hot, add the chicken. Cook on both side until it gets brown (10min). - Dispose the chicken in an oven-proof dish. - Add the garlic, the cream, the sun-dried tomatoes. Mix it all. - On top just add the salt, pepper, herbs and Parmesan. - Place into oven and roast until completely cooked, at 150-180 degrees (for about 30min). - Serve immediately, add some fresh basil I desired. ?Directions for carrots ? : - Get 500g of baby carrots - Dispose them on a wax paper, in a oven-proof dish. - Spread some cooking salt, olive oil and balsamic vinegar. - Cook in the oven for 20-30 minutes at 150-180 degrees. ?Directions for the potatoes ? : - Peel and cut into dices 500g of potatoes. - Heat a pan with some olive oil. - Cook the potatoes until the outside is brown and the inside is soft, 20min. ?Enjoy your meal ????? #dinner #dinnerisserved #chicken #parmesan #recipe #recipeoftheday #eat #eatclean #inmykitchen #food #foodporn #foodpornshare #instafood #foodie #instafoodie #yummy #yum #lovetocook #lovetoeat #cooking #instagood #cook #foodstagram #foodpics #foodlover #foodblogger #feedfeed #nourishnotpunish #nourishyourself #dish
I just love soups ? I always tend to mix different ingredients to avoid the boring soups everybody knows! Tonight, I've tried a classical carrot-potato soup, but I added some fun ingredients : coconut milk and almond... I swear it changes everything ??? Never thought I'd have more than 100 followers so thanks again ???☀️ Hope you'll have a good day lovelies ??? ?Ingredients: - 100g of flour - 1/2 tea spoon of baking powder - 2 eggs - 1 nature yoghurt - 3 tea spoon of coconut oil - 50g of sugar or agave syrup - blueberries (as much as you like) ?Direction : - Mix the eggs with the sugar (or agave syrup) - Add successively the flour, the baking powder, the yoghurt and the oil.
