For the Wrap
- 1 10 inch flour torilla
- 1 meat-free burger (such as Moving Mountains Foods)
- 2 slices of vegan cheese (such as Violife Foods)
- Lettuce, as needed

- 2 tablespoons vegan mayo
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1/2 teaspoon English mustard
- Garlic granules, to taste
- Paprika, to taste
- Kosher salt, to taste
- 1 gherkin, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped white onion
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar (or gherkin juice from the jar)
Method
Step 1
Cook the burger according to the packet instructions.

In a small bowl, mix together the vegan mayo, ketchup, English mustard, garlic granules, paprika, salt, gherkin, white onion, and white wine vinegar until well combined.
