ingredients
- 200 gram uncooked rice
- 200 gram raw salmon
- 2 Handful edamame beans
- 1/2 cups rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoons chili paste
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 pieces avocado
- 2 Handful roma tomatoes
- 2 Handful cornsalad
- 2 edible flowers
- 2 teaspoons sesame seed
- 1 cups seaweed salad
Method
Step 1
Boil the rice 8-10 minutes, put it into a bowl and add rice vinegar. Mix well!
Step 2
While the rice is boiling, cut the salmon into pieces and add the chili paste and soy sauce. Stir well and let it rest. Cut the tomatoes in half and chop the avocado into tiny pieces.
Step 3
When the rice is all set, separate in to two bowls. Add the seaweed salad, tomatoes, avocado, edamame beans and corn salad on top. Top off with the salmon, sesame seeds and edible flower.
