Spicy Multigrain Pumpkin and Carrot Waffles (eggless) with some warm Yogurt Soup. Dinner today and a Waffle sandwich for lunch tomorrow. It's similar to chilla, adai in a waffle form. I used finger millet, chickpea flour with few other grains. Mixed in some pumpkin purée, grated carrots, green chillies, tons of cilantro. If you make a powder of flours and bottle it up, it's a matter of minutes to make these waffles. -@foodfashionparty
