Grilled Banana, Peanut Butter, Chia Seeds & Mint!

Breakfast, Quick, Easy, Snack Banana/peanut butter/toast has been a go-to snack for years (and for a light meal before a long run, I'll reach for the same on half a plain bagel). I've never tried it with mint, but now's the time!
