Strawberry Cheesecake Popsicles
We love cheesecake...we love icecream...what about have them both together in the same time? I used all good ingredients and it's so good!!!! And perfect for 100F today.
1(8oz) package FF cream cheese(soften) 2cups strawberries cut halves 1/2cup honey 1/3 cup nonfat milk 1/4 cup nonfat greek yogurt 1/2 cup graham crackers 2tbsp almond butter In a small bowl, combined graham cracker crumbs and almond butter until a crumbly, moist mixture forms; set aside. In the blender, combine cream cheese, strawberries, honey, milk and Greek yogurt. Blend until smooth. Scoop the mixture evenly into popsicle molds, leaving 1/2 inch for the crust. Press graham cracker crumb mixture over the top of each mold, gently press the crumbs into the batter. Close popsicle lids to the center of each cup. Place into freezer until fully frozen, at least 4 hours.
