White Chocolate Dipped Pretzel Rods With Cinnamon Sugar Bacon Bits
You won't believe how addicting these are!

1/2 cup granulated sugar
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 teaspoon salt

Heat the sugar over medium heat, stirring occasionally until it's all melted. Be careful not to burn it!

As soon as it's melted, add the butter (it'll bubble up, so be careful) and stir until it's combined.

Stir in heavy cream, allow the mixture to boil for about a minute. Remove from heat, stir in salt, and set aside.

Pretzel Rods:

1 bag pretzel rods (use the unbroken rods)
1 bag Ghirardelli white chocolate melting wafers
1 recipe caramel sauce (posted above)
5 pieces Farmer John Cinnamon Sugar Rubbed Bacon, cooked and chopped very finely

Put parchment paper or nonstick foil on a large cookie sheet (this is where you'll set the pretzels to dry). Melt the white chocolate (follow the directions on the bag) and transfer to a tall drinking glass.

Working one pretzel at a time, dip into the white chocolate and shake off the excess. Sprinkle the finely chopped cooked bacon onto the white chocolate, drizzle with caramel sauce and set onto the covered cookie sheet to set.

Repeat with all the rods. You can put them in the fridge to get them to set faster.

Ribeye Roast Sandwich With Onions, Arugula And Fontina Cheese
Can't beat this sandwich. Toasted @truckeesourdough ciabatta roll, roasted garlic & basil aioli made with @sirkensingtons, sous vide ribeye roast, paper thin red onions, baby arugula & melty fontina cheese.
I’m the type of person that doesn’t do anything halfway, and today that means stress baking roughly 40 dozen cookies (🙃) plus candy and this...this is your new favorite snack of the season: peppermint bark popcorn. Also, if you’re on my list you’re getting a huge box of stress baked candy and cookies...sorry bout it 🤷🏼‍♀️ recipe for this one in the comments!
We’re finally having some soup weather here in Dallas (it was 80 on my birthday on Monday...that was a first.) and I’m taking full advantage. French onion soup for two (because I am the queen of wasting leftovers so small batch only) topped with homemade whole clove roasted garlic bread and @sartoricheese cognac bellavitano and @boarshead_official gruyere.

Mexican BBQ chicken chopped salad with avocado lime ranch all thanks to @krogerco #clicklistdelivery and it is 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼. I was a little nervous putting avocados on my list since half the time I can't even pick out a good one (and I grew up in avocado-land/am a huge control freak) but #ClickList delivered two PERFECT ones. Actually so impressed. Plus they delivered all of my groceries straight to my door and I didn't have to deal with the weekend shopping crowd 👌🏼 can't beat that (I don't play well with others). #sponsored
Sous vide salted caramel dark chocolate pot de's what's for breakfast. Just kidding. But not really. 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️ (My attempt at Whole 30 is being renamed "Whole 15 minutes"). Recipe coming soon (@anovaculinary will have it!)! (Accidentally deleted my last post because I'm a hot mess)

Had the most amazing bachelorette week in Napa but it's back to reality and not having a Michelin starred restaurant in my backyard (probably for the best so I fit into that bridesmaid dress 😂). Testing some sous vide recipes today for ATK's new venture into SV and being semi whole 30-ish along the way. Sous vide poached eggs over potato avocado "toast" (such a millennial right now I can hardly handle it).
