White Chocolate Dipped Pretzel Rods With Cinnamon Sugar Bacon Bits
You won't believe how addicting these are!

Recipe:

Caramel:

1/2 cup granulated sugar
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 teaspoon salt

Heat the sugar over medium heat, stirring occasionally until it's all melted. Be careful not to burn it!

As soon as it's melted, add the butter (it'll bubble up, so be careful) and stir until it's combined.

Stir in heavy cream, allow the mixture to boil for about a minute. Remove from heat, stir in salt, and set aside.

Pretzel Rods:

1 bag pretzel rods (use the unbroken rods)
1 bag Ghirardelli white chocolate melting wafers
1 recipe caramel sauce (posted above)
5 pieces Farmer John Cinnamon Sugar Rubbed Bacon, cooked and chopped very finely

Put parchment paper or nonstick foil on a large cookie sheet (this is where you'll set the pretzels to dry). Melt the white chocolate (follow the directions on the bag) and transfer to a tall drinking glass.

Working one pretzel at a time, dip into the white chocolate and shake off the excess. Sprinkle the finely chopped cooked bacon onto the white chocolate, drizzle with caramel sauce and set onto the covered cookie sheet to set.

Repeat with all the rods. You can put them in the fridge to get them to set faster.

When you've had the week I have, chicken parm sandwiches with garlic knots for bread are maybe the only logical solution (is it Friday yet?). Huge thanks to @raoshomemade for sending over an amazing box of products to try! Their marinara is literally the only pre-made sauce I'll buy and it's SO good. #tiamoraos
