Wholemeal Tortilla sandwich All you need: 2 wholemeal tortilla wraps 4 eggs (scrambled, add pepper if you want it spicy) 4 thin cheese slices or graded cheese Wild rocket leaves Place one wrap on a griddle/grill pan, layer with cheese (place 2 under and other on top), scrambled eggs and rocket leaves and then cover with the second wrap.
