Got a snow day this morning so no 6am gym classes for me. Chocolate Almond Butter Protein Bars
So when Mr. FMK found my beloved Perfect Bar stash, I immediately set out to make new homemade protein bars so we can save the packaged bars for on-the-go and traveling. And maybe I just didn’t want him to eat all of the perfect bars so I made new bars to distract him. All kidding aside I love having all kinds of snack bars on hand and these Chocolate Almond Butter Oat Protein Bars are super quick to make, inexpensive, and you probably already have most ingredients in your pantry. Vegan-friendly and gluten-free, these are definitely a must make for prep this weekend!

Hey hey ???? Have you tried these Slow Cooker Thai Red Curry Turkey Meatballs yet?! I think they need to go on our menu this week... Maybe I’ll even try them in the Instant Pot ????
