Gluten Free and Vegan Cauliflower Quinoa Burgers
If you’ve ever looked for a one-stop shop in a burger, this bad boy is it. Originally created to fit a #meatlessmonday theme, it’s got cauliflower, garbanzo beans, walnuts, quinoa ... all together creates a super moist, flavorful veggie burger which is hard to come by 💁‍♀️ BUT you could totally customize it by swapping the quinoa and walnuts for lean ground turkey breast. To make the swap, follow the recipe as is, then add uncooked turkey into the bowl ... shape into burgers ... grill or bake in the oven. -@fitlivingeats
