I’m a huge fan of dried figs, but nothing beats the amazing taste of fresh figs. The candylike fruit is extremely versatile, whether you use them in a cake, as the star of a salad or just turn them into a fancy dessert, they add a lot of sweetness and texture to any kind of dish.
