  • 1 (15 ounce) can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.

  • Step 2

    In a medium bowl, pat dry the chickpeas with a paper towel. Add olive oil, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Toss until the chickpeas are evenly coated.

  • Step 3

    Transfer the seasoned chickpeas to the air fryer basket and cook at 400°F for 12-15 minutes. Shake the basket once or twice during cooking to ensure uniform crispiness.

  • Step 4

    Serve the chickpeas in a meal prep container alongside labneh, olives, cucumbers, and cherry tomatoes.
