Sabih: Middle-eastern Wrap With Tahini, Aubergine, Egg, Cucumber & Tomato
Yesterday's dinner was glorious. Sabih, a Middle-Eastern wrap filled with tahini, buttery roasted aubergine, boiled egg, cucumber and tomato salad, and a super fragrant and spicy chili sauce called zhoug. This recipe is from Ottenghi's amazing book Jerusalem and is unlike anything else I have ever tried. It sounds weird but is heavenly and you've got to give it a try!
