Pumpkin & Zucchini Oatmeal With Cacao, Cinnamon & Poached Pear
"i got creative & made a half-half oatmeal this morning. i made my usual pumpkin & zucchini oats & stirred through some @loving_earth cacao powder through half the batch. topped with a cinnamon poached pear {i left the skin on} & i added some maca powder after the photo. "

RECIPE: ● soak overnight in water or milk or choice: - 2 tbsp rolled oats - 2 tbsp raw buckwheat - 1 tsp chia seeds - 1/4 cup grated zucchini ● add the soaked oatmeal, @almondbreezeaus {or milk of choice}, 1/3 cup - 1/2 cup mashed pumpkin & some cinnamon to a pot ● cook on a stove top adding milk of choice when necessary ● serve with toppings of choice
