ingredients

  • 1 cup Smooth peanut butter
  • 1 cup Vegan dark chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Method

  • Step 1

    Line a muffin tray with your paper cases.

  • Step 2

    Place half your chocolate into a microwaveable bowl with 1/2 a teaspoon of the salt and heat in the microwave in 20 second bursts, stirring after each burst until the chocolate is fully melted.

  • Step 3

    Fill each paper case with your melted chocolate until they are about a quarter full.

  • Step 4

    Place in the fridge for twenty minutes or until the chocolate has set.

  • Step 5

    Meanwhile, place your peanut butter in a bowl and microwave for 30 seconds or until your peanut butter is runny and easy to pour.

  • Step 6

    Add to the cases until the paper cases are 3/4 full.

  • Step 7

    Return to the fridge for a further twenty minutes to set the peanut butter.

  • Step 8

    Now we need to melt the rest of the chocolate, just follow the steps from earlier, not forgetting to add the remaining 1/2 teaspoon of salt.

  • Step 9

    Fill the cups with the remaining chocolate and return to the fridge a final time. Once chocolate has set they are ready to enjoy!
