ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 ground meat
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoons allspice
  • 1/4 teaspoons nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoons dried mint

Method

  • Step 1

    -1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. 2. Roll into balls or logs and add to skewers. 3. Grill at 450 for 12 minutes. Turning after 6 minutes. Enjoy!
