ingredients

Dough:

  • 6 cups flour
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon yeast
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 1/3 cup warm water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

ingredients

Toppings:

  • 3 cups mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 2 cups chopped grilled chicken
  • 1/2 cup red onions, sliced thin
  • Green Onions, for garnish

Method

  • Step 1

In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the dough hook attachment, combine all the ingredients.

  • Step 2

Mix everything together on low speed. Once the dough has come together, turn the mixture up to medium speed and knead until a smooth dough has formed and it is no longer sticky (8-10mins).

  • Step 3

Put the 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a bowl, roll the dough ball around in the oil to coat evenly. Cover it loosely with a clean dish towel or plastic wrap. In a warm place, let the dough rest for 40 minutes to 1 hour or until it doubles in size. Divide the dough evenly in half. This dough will make you 2 large pizzas.

  • Step 4

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.

  • Step 5

Lightly flour your work surface and roll the dough into a 12” circle.

  • Step 6

Spread the ranch dressing first then, swirl the buffalo sauce on top. Top with the cheese and then the chicken, the red onion. Place in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.

  • Step 7

After it comes out of the oven, drizzle more Buffalo sauce on top, garnish it with the green onions. Serve immediately.
