Saint Valentine's chocolate & orange hearts

ingredients

  • 1/2 litre orange juice
  • 100 grams sugar
  • 65 gram corn flour

Method

  • Step 1

    Grease a mold with a little oil and remove excess oil.

  • Step 2

    Pour the orange juice in a saucepan with the sugar and cornstarch. Mix with a whisk so that there are no lumps.

  • Step 3

    Turn on the heat and continue mixing until it thickens, watch out that it thickens quickly. When you see it thickens turn off the fire.

  • Step 4

    Spread the mixture evenly in the molds. Give it a few strokes to distribute the contents well and put it in the refrigerator for a minimum of 5 hours.

  • Step 5

    Turn over and unmold.

  • Step 6

    Cover them with melted chocolate put them on a rack pouring the chocolate and help yourself with a kitchen brush to bathe them well. Put them back in the refrigerator for a minimum of 4 hours.
