You won't believe how easy these Cashew Butter Cups are to make. Melted chocolate is layered in a cupcake liner then topped with creamy cashew butter, more chocolate then frozen until set. With only 3 ingredients you get a delicious healthy treat. Make some extras and stash them in the freezer for an easy grab and go dessert!

ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips⁠
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil⁠
  • 1/4 cup cashew butter⁠
  • Sea Salt, optional

Method

  • Step 1

    Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in microwave safe bowl in 30-s intervals until smooth.⁠

  • Step 2

    Pour 2 tsp melted chocolate into the bottom of the muffin liners. Spread across the entire cup.

  • Step 3

    Melt the cashew butter until loose in microwave at 30s intervals.⁠

  • Step 4

    Pour melted nut butter evenly into cups.⁠Top with leftover melted chocolate and spread along top to cover.

  • Step 5

    Into the freezer for 15-20 minutes, until hardened!⁠
