Protein Powder Oatmeal with Nuts

Serves or Makes: 1 meal
- 1 cup quick cooking rolled oats
- 3 cups water or milk
- 2 scoops chocolate protein powder
- 1/ 4 cup coffee, freshly brewed
- 1 cup mixed nuts
- 1 cup fresh fruit
In a medium saucepan, cook the oats for 3 minutes. Mix in protein powder.
Stir in coffee and top with nuts and fresh fruit.
