Portobello Mushroom oven broiled

  • 1/ 8 cups provolone cheese
  • 1 a raw portobello
  • 2 servings raw egg whites


  • Step 1

    Clean the Portobello well, cup a thin later underneth the mushroom to allow it to seat flat on the pan.

  • Step 2

    salt and pepper the Provolone, empty two egg whites into the mushroom, add the cheese.

  • Step 3

    Place it under the broiler for about 10-15 minutes on the middle rack. Do not leave this unattended. Each oven is different and you may get surprised of how quick is this meal.

  • Step 4

    Onced cooked and cheese melted. Use toppings you like. Sprinkled with more pink salt and pepper. Pair with avocados and tomatoes.
