- 3 Egg fresh, medium
- 2/3 cups 2/3 cup oat flour
- 1 fresh banana
Method
Step 1
Mash the banana.
Step 2
Add the eggs and mix together. Stir in the oat flour.

Heat a large frying pan and coat with non stick spray or coconut oil.

Cook low and slow. When you notice little bubbles on top, flip the banana pancakes.
