  • 1/2 ripe banana, mashed
  • 2 egg whites (sub. flax egg for vegan option)
  • 1/4 cup oat flour
  • 1/4 cup baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Sugar-free chocolate chips

Method

  • Step 1

    Grease a ramekin, mix all ingredients together, and bake at 350° for 15 mins (or until golden brown). Enjoy!!
