ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cups gf oats
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup pecans, chopped (optional)
  • 1/3 cup walnuts, chopped (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Method

  • Step 1

    Reheat oven to 350° + line baking tray w/ parchment. Pour ingredients into a bowl, mixing well until all the oats are completely coated

  • Step 2

    Spread oats finely on the tray, patting down to ensure an even layer, & bake for 20 mins. Enjoy!!
