ingredients
- 3 tablespoon Peanut butter powder
- 2 tablespoon Paprika
- 2 tablespoon Ginger powder
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon Chilli flakes
- 250 gram Beef
- Salt
Method
Step 1
Make suya spice by mixing the peanut butter powder, paprika, ginger, garlic, onion, nutmeg and chilli powder in a bowl.
Step 2
Cut the beef into thin slices. Pour in a bowl and toss in 3 tablespoons of suya spice with some salt. Make sure all the meat pieces are covered.
Step 3
Switch on the air-fryer and set to 160 °C. Place the meat pieces on the tray in a single layer and close.
Step 4
After 10 mins, the meat should be cooked and will be starting to dry out. Add a sprinkle of the suya spice over the beef pieces.
Step 5
Leave for another 5 mins and remove from the air fryer.
