1/4 cup hot water
3/4 cup unsweetened nut milk (I made mine with a mix of almonds, brazil nuts and a touch of vanilla)
1 tsp @withinUs_trumarine TruMatcha powder (this stuff is the ?diggity)
2 tsp maple syrup
Scoop the matcha into a mug or bowl with the boiling water and use a bamboo whisk to stir it into a paste. Warm the almond milk in a small saucepan on the stove, but don't let it boil. Add the matcha paste and stir. The matcha will dissolve in the almond milk and a layer of froth should develop on the top as you whisk in an 'm' motion. Add the maple syrup and continue whisking for another minute. when the matcha almond milk mixture is nice and frothy, pour it into a mug. Enjoy!
