2 cups pitted dates
1-2 tbsp maple syrup (depending on how sweet you want them)
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1/4 cup hemp hearts
3 tbsp raw cacao powder
1 tsp Simply Organic Foods cinnamon
Blend all ingredients in a food processor, form into a ball, roll the mixture out between two pieces of parchment paper, top with pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and hemp hearts. Store in the fridge for about an hour, cut into slices and enjoy.
