Tomato Tart
"7 is my lucky number and it's also the number of my last recipe "tomato tarts" for the @thefeedfeed and @edibleeastend Farm Stand Series. Sungold Tomatoes are one of my favourite things about summer so when I saw them in the produce box kindly donated by @thegoodfarmdel I was very happy! The tomatoes are from @balsamfarms and the onion that I caramelised is from @openmindedorganics Featuring fresh rosemary from my garden too! The tart base is gluten free and I did add a little local goat cheese but you can omit that if you're vegan."
