Up and at 'em early this morning as i am cooking lunch for 15 people today. Eek! So I am starting the morning with one of my Spirulina smoothies. I made it earlier in the summer with #inseason blueberries but I think I'm going to switch them out for apple this morning as unfortunately blueberries won't be in-season again until next summer!
