A Note from Feedfeed

These moist vegan muffins are made with ripe bananas, coconut sugar and filled with chocolate chips. They are the perfect easy treat to make ahead of time. Have them for breakfast, snack or dessert! It's a recipe you and the kids will love.

ingredients

  • 1 cup plain flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3 ripe mashed bananas
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 400 F (200 C). Line or grease a 6-8 cup muffin tin.

  • Step 2

    Add in the ingredients in the order listed above.

  • Step 3

    Divide the batter into muffin cups. Bake for 15-18 minutes.

  • Step 4

    Allow the muffins to cool for 3-5 minutes before eating. Enjoy!
