Notice a good rule of thumb for those who don't have particular fitness goals and just want to keep a healthy and nutrient dense diet- keep your plate 1/4 protein, 1/4 carbs, and 1/2 greens and a small amount of healthy fats to create a nutritious balance in your meal!
