Crispy Roasted Chikpeas
My all time favorite healthy snack...Roasted chickpeas with a little sea salt, garlic and cracked pepper. Great as is, or as croutons on a salad or soup. If you're running low on time just roast them in a pan (instead of an oven) on medium heat with a little olive oil for about 10-15 minutes. k
