Healthy, Cleanse Approved
2 cups dates
1.5 cups almonds
2 scoops protein powder
1 tsp vanilla
Pinch of salt
Put all of the ingredients in a food processor and and let run for a min or so. Take off the lid and scrape down the sides. The processed ingredients will look a little crumbly but if you pinch a little between your fingers it should stick together.Use an ice cream scoop to portion out the logs and put them on parchment paper. Roll into log shape and then roll them in any combination of seeds you like. I used chia, pumpkin, hemp and coconut. Enjoy :)
