ingredients
- 1 16 ounce firm tofu, drained but not pressed
- 3 tablespoons nutritional yeast
- Juice of 1/2 a lemon
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt, more if needed after blending
- Almond milk, as needed
Method
Step 1
In a food processor, blend until smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides of your food processor as necessary.
Step 2
Prepare your favorite protein pasta. Toss the pasta with the sauce and enjoy.
