  • 2 shots tequila
  • 4 slices of jalapeño
  • 1/4 cup diced fresh pineapple chunks

  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 shot of infused tequila
  • 1 teaspoon agave
  • top with plain seltzer or more pineapple juice

Method

  • Step 1

    In a glass, add the tequila, jalapeño slices, and diced fresh pineapple chunks. cover and let sit for 24 hours, then strain.

    rRim a cocktail glass by dipping it in water or honey, then tajin.
