Keep your blood pressure in check, stay fresh, hydrated and feed your blood this chilled iron rich beetroot juice with carrots and blood orange in the mix. <br><br> RECIPE <br><br> 2 oven roasted medium sized beets<br> 3 raw baby carrots (4-5 inch long)<br> 1 blood orange, wedges peeled and deseeded<br> 1/2 tbsp finely grated ginger<br> 1 and half cup water<br> <br> Once the beetroot is at room temperature, blitz together with rest of ingredients. Add water to adjust thickness. Chill. Serve. Slurp.
